The Con­cours is a test designed for those who wish to work for the European Union. The test is held yearly and brings you fur­ther in the selec­tion pro­cess. Next to your motiv­a­tion and résumé it is the most import­ant step to start work­ing at an EU insti­tu­tion. Last year 51,671 people par­ti­cip­ated, of which only 323 can­did­ates were finally left to be con­sidered for a per­man­ent job.

We believe a selec­tion of the multiple-choice ques­tions that often appear on the test would also serve well as a way of test­ing your basic know­ledge of the EU. The facts asked for enable you to par­ti­cip­ate in an in-depth debate on the devel­op­ment and the con­tro­ver­sies of the European Union.
